The private deck has a gas BBQ, comfy swivel rockers, two chaise lounge chairs and a fire pit. Your shared garage has bikes, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and lots of beach toys. Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel.
