It is a short walk (a half mile) to Huntington village where there are many great restaurants, bars, and shops, plus the Paramount Theater. This stylish comfortable place is clean, cozy and quiet. Water view from one bedroom, great outdoor yard - very private. Updated amenities, marble bathroom, cozy indoor living area and very comfortable beds. The rental space is private and is the entire first floor of the home. The home is a two-story duplex with a shared entrance and private locking doors to each space. Wonderful location.

Lower level of high ranch apartment includes large LR/kitchen, separate BR & private bath. Nice queen bed with great new mattress, pullout couch in LR, laundry room, 2 TV's, Wifi, etc. It is a separate apartment from upstairs of house where I live. Quiet area of Huntington, easy access to train, LIE, etc although not much in walking distance. Off street parking for 1 car and that is all Im allowed to have per town short term rental rules.

Harbor Studio - Across from historic Northport doc

Across the street from historic Northport dock and the beautiful town park, this downtown studio is walking distance to everything. Drive or boat in to town and have a lovely convenient place to stay close to everything. Dining, shopping, the park, and the Famous Engleman theater. The studio has a private entrance, full kitchen, and bath with shower and tub. Enjoy a night, weekend, or whole week in historic Northport Village.

The Little Space on Buffet Place

It's a cozy place in which to stay for a work trip or a getaway. The space is accessible via a private entrance. The kitchen is equipped for most cooking needs and the TV has a Roku and an Xbox 360. Guests can use the patio where there is a bench swing, fire pit, and table and chairs for a meal outdoors. The owners live in the house above with their toddlers. You will hear footsteps of the people above and the toddlers playing.
