The Parakeet is part of a larger home, fully separated from the main house by a locked utility room with two sets of secure double doors for complete privacy. All fenced in large yard(shared with next door guest).Has full kitchen, dishwasher, beach chairs, beach towels and a laundry room. All you need to bring is your clothes . This house is close to US sailing center, Indian Riverside Park, and Jensen beach boat ramp. Beach is about 10 minutes drive from the house. The home is a perfect holiday getaway to soak in some Florida sunshine.
