Peaceful oasis close by waterfront & city center

Welcome to my wonderful apartment near the center (15 minutes walk) and located by the Copenhagen waterfront (5 minutes walk). It's is super quiet and comfy, full of plants, and you'll feel right at home. I live in my own personal favorite part of Copenhagen, which has the best of all worlds, city center, water front, big nature park 10 minutes away, quiet, great cafes and coffee. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world. I am a bit of a travel nut myself. I love art and paintings.

Med 300m från stranden är detta lilla välplanerade huset på 50kvm perfekt för parets semester eller för familjen med 2 vuxna och 2 yngre barn (2-12år). Närhet till kiosk, 2km till centrum med både service och restauranger, bio och affärer. Goda kommunikationer till både Malmö och Köpenhamn. För den som gillar kite-surfning finns det mycket att utforska. Tillgång till cykel + ved kan ombesörjas. Eventuella husdjur bör hållas kopplade i trädgården vid utomhusvistelse då delar av staket saknas.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Beliggende på stille villavej med kun 4 min. gang til metro - som på bare 12 min tager jer til Kbh k, 4 min. gang til indkøb og Fields, 10 min. gang til naturskønne Amager Fælled. Villaen har en lækker have med pool og spa samt grill. Skal I opleve København og samtidig trække jer tilbage i rolige omgivelser når byen er blevet udforsket er dette den helt rigtige ejendom. Nice basement apartment with two big bedrooms and bathroom with wc and shower. Both bedlinen and towels are included. In the garden there is a annex with two single beds. You have you own entrance and outside area, where you can do barbecue. You can walk to the train station within 10 min where the commuter train will take to Copenhagen central station in 9 min. Walking distance from Copenhagen airport. Free parking on private ground.

Artsy Oasis in central CPH

My home is situated in Nansensgade kvarteret, a quiet, artsy, centrally located neighbourhood near all major city sights. Open plan kitchen, dinning, and living space, featuring a projector for movies at home. The main bedroom has a king size 180x200cm bed. The office has a HDMI cable so you can connect the wide screen to your computer should you wish to. There is a clothes rack here for your use. This is a 4th floor walk up.
