Amazing Pool Pavilion with Private Heated Pool

The Pool Pavilion is a cosy and relaxed two suites and kitchen space that overlooks a lush garden and is the ideal choice for a joyful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

Traditional stone cottage with pool in Villanueva de la Vera. 6 guests, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Lovely stone cottage set in a private finca of our Pure Spanish Horse stud of 16 hectares, with stunning views of the Gredos mountains. A comfortable open plan sitting/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A pretty rose and herb garden with an salt water alberca for swimming, shady sitting areas looking out to the valley below. Horseriding can be arranged locally.

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. The panorama is varied and changes constantly under the influence of the sun, clouds and water. You look out over the Atlantic Ocean, the Tróia peninsula - with a sandy beach as far as the eye can see - the Fort of São Filipe, the mouth of the Sado river and the city of Setúbal.

Casa da Encosta

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!

Somos Rafael y Annelise y os ofrecemos este espacio único de 3800 m2 totalmente vallado (los niños pueden usar los juguetes disponibles) para celebrar reuniones familiares o de amigos y con muchas zonas para jugar, comer o hacer deporte en una casa moderna, climatizada, con todo tipo de comodidades y equipamiento, incluido acceso a internet rápido y smart TV. (Netflix, etc). A partir de principios de Junio, una gran piscina vallada para evitar sustos, está a vuestra exclusiva disposición.

Muy bien conectada con el Tren de Alta Velocidad, AVE, y con el aeropuerto de Madrid.. Te va a encantar. Ha sido nuestra casa familiar durante muchos años. Ahora la utilizamos poco, por eso queremos compartirla. Es una casas de campo con un gran jardín y unas vistas increíbles.
