A 2 km del pueblo de Javea, a 4 km del golf La Sella, a 8 Km de Dénia, a 3 km del pueblo de Jesús pobre. A 15 minutos en coche de preciosas playas y calas. Se pueden hacer paseos maravillosos por el bosque Mediterraneo y encontrar preciosas vistas al valle. Muy cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, y la amplia oferta de ocio, senderismo, golf, playas, montaña y mercadillos típicos zona.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Independent room on the ground floor with an exterior window at street level. It has a kitchenette and a private bathroom. This space is not shared. The entrance and exit are shared in the hall. This is not a tourist rental. It is rented temporarily for work, teaching, or leisure purposes. Conveniently located in a well-connected area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. It is close to museums, El Buen Retiro Park, Atocha Station, and the 203 Airport Express bus.
