The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

During calmer days enjoy your own quiet swimming area only two minutes walking distance from the house. All other days enjoy the organised beach only two kilometres away. We recommend you rent a motor vehicle to cover the vast distances between the sights.

Με μια μεγάλη παλιά ικαριωτικη εσωτερικη αυλή η οποία μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως τραπεζαρία οπως ακόμη και ως κουζίνα ή καθιστικό. Ανατολικά και βόρεια της αυλής μπορείτε να πιείτε τον καφέ σας απολαμβάνοντας την θέα του Αιγαίου και το άκουσμα του ποταμού που θα σας γαληνευσει. Στην αυλή μπορείτε να φιλοξενήσετε το κατοικίδιο ζωάκι σας.

Ολόκληρη κατοικία, με τρία υπνοδωμάτια, σαλονοκουζίνα και μπάνιο και βεράντα. Βρίσκεται στον ήσυχο οικισμό Μαυριάνου όπου υπάρχει και το ένα εκ των τριών μοναστηριών του Νησιού. Βρείτε στον χώρο μας ένα υπέροχο και καλαίσθητο ησυχαστήριο για γαλήνιες και χαλαρωτικές διακοπές με 180° θέα θάλασσα, ταυτόχρονα όμως ακριβώς δίπλα στον κεντρικό περιφερειακό δρόμο και σε σχετικά κοντινή απόσταση από κεντρικά σημεία του νησιού!
