Bright, modern apartment with one master bedroom with tvo single beds and a bedroom with a double bed that is screened of from the living room with blackout curtains . It is optional to add a bed for a child in the master bedroom and possible to sleep on the sofa in the living room. The apartment has a new, beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a utility room with a laundry machine and a drier. There is a fireplace in the apartment and a sliding door that opens into a beautiful garden. It is located just by the Laugardalur Park the family- and sports park in Reykjavik. Around the corner is a nice bakery, a very convenient grocery store, a noodle restaurant, an ice cream store, a beauty saloon and a hairdresser. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the swimming pool www.sundlaug.is and just outside the apartment stops a bus no14 that drives down town to Reykjavik's city-center and to the main mall Kringlan the trip takes less than 15 minutes.

There are stairs that lead up to the apartment, which contains one open space with a sleeping area for four, a kitchen and a bathroom. The view is magnificent where you can see the view of the beautiful fjord Eyjafjörður. You can see the highest mountain Kerling as well. Horses are in the environment and also other Icelandic domestic animals.

With two balconies, a walk-in shower, multiroom speakers, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable king-size bed, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing stay in this peaceful neighborhood. I've changed the setup a bit in the living room, nothing serious, just made it more comfortable (re-arranged sofa, projector, shelf etc.).
