The house has everything you need for a family stay. It is located in the quiet and beautiful Seltjarnarnes. Location is still only a few minutes drive from downtown but without the buzz of the city. The house is on 3 floors. First floor has a big bedroom, small bathroom, washing room and kitchen. Second floor has the long living room with TV area and piano area such as shown in the photos. The third floor has a big bathroom with a shower and bath, plus 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom.

There is a beautiful deck and garden in the back as well as a terrace on the second floor with views over the Elliðarár-valley. Our home was fully renovated 18 months ago both inside and outside, it´s therefore like a new house.
