Conveniently located between Idaho Springs & Georgetown, our quaint cabin offers a cozy spot along the I70 corridor. The lot backs Clear Creek and offers a beautiful place to relax by the water. There are 5 major ski resorts close by. Zip lining, hiking, white water rafting, etc all within minutes of the cabin. Red Rocks Ampitheater approx 30 minutes. Large fenced back yard for family and dog. Located just off I-70 so you will hear road traffic, but evenings are rather quiet for sleeping

This updated 960 sq. ft. condo sits at 10k + feet above Idaho Springs on Fall River Rd. 1 bedroom with loft(via ladder) offers 2 queen beds. The living room couch has a queen bed and an additional memory foam mattress is available if needed. Less than 100 yard walk to St. Mary's Glacier Trailhead. Dozens of hiking trails, jeep trails, and year round activities in the area. * The condo is at elevation. There is a 9 mile drive to the town of Idaho Springs. Wildlife and scenery. unmatched.

Ideal Hot Springs Home

Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

Private 2 Room Home on Mountain (Idaho Springs)

Lic#2022-05. Enjoy a private & centrally-located mountain side home .5 mile from downtown Idaho Springs & Indian Hot Springs. It’s a 2 room unit attached to the main home but separated with its own private entrance. Unit includes mountain views & sits on a .5 acre with a fenced in yard open to you and your dogs. Our home backs up to Arapaho national forest. Enjoy hiking, mtn biking, camping, rafting, ziplining, fishing, and numerous ski resorts all within 25-60 min. **PLEASE READ NOTES BELOW**

Road Trip - with no cleaning fee -License #2022-04

Road Trip is close to Indian Hot Springs, downtown Idaho Springs, bike trail, zip line, rafting, hiking trails and 20 minutes to ski areas. You’ll love my place because of the newly renovated fun road trip theme, the quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of Mt Evans and surrounding mountain areas. There is also plenty of no hassle parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There are no additional cleaning or other fees. State license #20191143115

Red Cabin (spotty WiFi and cell signal)

This cabin is the perfect spot to rest after a day in the mountains! The main floor living room and kitchen are fully stocked. The upstairs loft is outfitted with a queen bed and a queen size pull-out sofa. The basement features a bunk bed! Our beautiful mountain location limits our access to internet, so the cell signal, WiFi and cable can be very slow or non-existent at times. We recommend planning to be off-the-grid in case this happens during your stay! We do not allow parties.
