Elaiodentron生态之家

(Eleó–then–dron) comes from the classical Greek word for the olive tree. A modern eco-friendly stone-built retreat, set in a private olive grove using regenerative farming, just 2 km from the sea, surrounded by olives, pines and cedars, with views of Ha Gorge. The area is known for its natural beauty, biodiversity, hiking trails, gastronomy and rich archaeological heritage. The house is easily accessible, with nearby towns like Ierapetra and Agios Nikolaos, traditional villages and many beaches.

Το σπιτι εχει ανακαινιστει φετος.Βλεπει στον κηπο και οχι στον κεντρικο δρομο, ειναι απολυτα ησυχο. Ειναι στο κεντρο, πας παντου με τα ποδια ,το παρκινγ ειναι ελευθερο εξω απο το σπιτι.Η θαλασσα , το λιμανι και τα μπαρακια απεχουν ελαχιστα.Eπισης ενα μινι μαρκετ ειναι στα 100μετρα .Επιπλεον εχει μια βεραντα που αν καποιος θελει μπορει να απολαυσει το βραδινο αερακι,προσφατα , εχει φτιαχτει και ενα ιδιωτικο παρκινγ για αυτοκινητα ( για τις μερες αιχμης 5-15/8)

The intercity bus station is 15–20 min on foot. Two free parking areas are under 200 m from the maisonette, with another on the seaside road behind the Municipal Library. At the most south place of Europe, with very mild winter. It is a new house, was built in 2008 but we didn't use it, until June 2017 that we decided to put it for rent for Airbnb. 800 meters from the Potami beach of Lasithi, or 10 minutes walking with maps. 650 meters from the main road that has a bus stop with hourly schedules. 3.3 kilometers or 6 minutes with car from the city of Ierapetra. It is 127 square meters. It can be rented, always the whole, by 1 of up to 10 people.

Newly build apartment complex located in the heart of Ierapetra, in a quiet neighborhood just a breath away from the town center. Each floor of the complex has 3 apartments, 2 of them are suited to host up to 2 people, and 1 is suited to host a family or a group of friends up to 4 people. On the ground floor there is an elevator for all floors of the complex. There are lockboxes located in the main entrance with numbers that show your apartment door number.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
