This is part of a unique building, previously The Prospect Boarding House, with the amazing views which lent the name over the Ilfracombe seafront and harbour from the living room and kitchen. Bedrooms are cosy with very limited outdoor light, windows looking into tiny internal courtyard. The green room is very dim and has a lower ceiling too. There are pigeons and seagulls as well as various songbirds and you can expect to hear them!
