Remodeled with new carpet in the living room and downstairs bedroom, new flooring in the kitchen/dining area, and new shower stalls in both bathrooms. Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.

New for summer 2026: AC in all 3 bedrooms and living room! New family and sensory-friendly haven in Incline Village minutes to Diamond Peak (DP), beaches, trails & golf. Annual ski passes to DP available for free for guest usage (2 adults and one kid) - a $165 daily value per adult (check with host about details)! 5 min shuttle ride to DP. Recommendations for daily activities included and access to private beaches (seasonal) (cards are prepaid and guests to reimburse host for entry fees).
