Comfortable, pet friendly & well appointed, the condo features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 updated bathrooms & a modern kitchen. Restaurants, shopping, groceries, a movie theater, & Starbucks are just a short stroll away. A quick 15-minute walk gets you to Incline’s gorgeous private beaches. A shuttle runs to Diamond Peak Ski Resort. The world’s most beautiful scenery waits just outside the door.

Our lowest rates of the year are here through April 30! From $209 per night to $109! A 5 night minimum stay is required. Does not include $250 cleaning fee + Airbnb fees & tax. Looking forward to the summer, 4th of July holiday is available as a 7 night rental. Summer weekends tend sell out quickly. We will do our best to provide Incline Beach access via "Punch Cards."
