Only 10-20 minutes to attractive place such as China Town, Royal Palace, Khao San , Asiatique Night Market, Icon Siam Shopping Mall, Patphong Night Life, Suan Lumpini Park. This is non smoking room. Monthly rate don’t include electricity of 7 bath/unit

This huge house has 2 swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, washer&dryer, gym, ping pong table, dart game and Nitento game is on request. Daily Maid Service: It’s included and the maid is available from 10 am. to 12 pm. only. ( Changing all linens is once a week) Electricity: 100 units a day is included in the rental, additional is 7 bahts per unit.
