The WIESENHOF in Patsch near Innsbruck offers three high-quality APARTMENTS for your well-being vacation in the mountains. The 85m² Apartment HABICHT for 2-6 persons is located on the top floor with amazing views and furnished with solid, fragrant natural wood. Up to three double-bedrooms (each with private shower/WC) can be used. The private south-side balcony ensures a unique, breathtaking view over the magnificent alpine scenery of the Stubai Glacier and the beautiful natural surroundings.

Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Ausgestattung: Küche mit Essecke , 1 Schlafzimmer ( 3 Betten), Bad/WC (Badewanne), SAT-TV. , 1 Autoabstellplatz vor dem Haus. Geschirrtücher , Handtücher , Bettwäsche und WC-Papier werden 1 x gestellt . Haustiere nicht erlaubt ! In der Wohnung befinden sich 2 abgesperrte Räume , die nur vom Eigentümer genutzt werden können .

The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. We are private room landlords and offer apartments in our own house. My name is Angela and I will always be on site during your stay.

Das Vollholz-Haus liegt mitten in Igls, dem gemütlichen Stadtteil von Innsbruck, im südlichen Mittelgebirge. Das Haus ruht charmant zwischen den alten Obstbäumen unseres Gartens, der Wohnraum ist lichtdurchflutet und großzügig. Vom ausladenden Süd-West-Balkon aus sieht man weit ins Oberinntal, im Osten fällt die Morgensonne herein und man sieht den nahegelegenen Patscherkofel, den beliebten Innsbrucker Hausberg.
