The 85m² Apartment HABICHT for 2-6 persons is located on the top floor with amazing views and furnished with solid, fragrant natural wood. Up to three double-bedrooms (each with private shower/WC) can be used. The private south-side balcony ensures a unique, breathtaking view over the magnificent alpine scenery of the Stubai Glacier and the beautiful natural surroundings.

The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. Der Stadtteil Pradl liegt nahe des Zentrums, der Universität und der Messe. Die Sozialwissenschaftliche und Theologische Fakultät, sowie auch das MCI ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es auch Möglichkeiten Lebensmittel einzukaufen.
