The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, full size fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Enjoy relaxing on the spacious front or back decks while enjoying the ocean breeze or a view of the boats floating by on the Intercoastal Waterway. Partial ocean view from the front deck. Holden Beach is a Sea Turtle Sanctuary and is ranked one of the best Family Beaches in the US.

If you prefer to relax, you can sit on the 10' x 22' deck just outside the kitchen door, or by the fire pit, on a rocking chair or the swing in the open back yard, which is ideal for playing fetch with your dog.
