Tranquil getaway designed by William Turnbull (Sea Ranch) with Garden views and glimpses of Tomales Bay. Situated near spectacular sites and beaches, including the Tule Elk Reserve and Abbotts Lagoon. Just a 3-5 minute walk to Chicken Ranch Beach, Kayaking, and a short drive to the finest restaurants in the region. A warm king-sized master bedroom and queen-sized guest sofabed in the library welcome you back from the day's excursions, whether it's hiking, biking, yoga, or simply doing nothing.

Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. Our home is perched at the top of Inverness Ridge with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean, Farallon Islands, and the Point Reyes National Seashore. Absolute peace, fresh air, and a five minute stroll from park trails. Quiet and crime free, the Artist Retreat is worlds apart from urban excitement. Guests are amazed by its beauty. Being at the top of a ridge, it is a 11/2 mile drive to get there. The road is quite steep with many turns. Free Level 2 charger which we encourage guests to use.

We are located 5 min walking distance to the downtown Inverness ,local restaurants like Saltwater and Vladimir’s . Close by hiking trails ,beaches and blue kayaking rental. The place is perfect for couples,singles or family with a child. We have also additional rentals on property ,please ask if you are interested. Single nights OK !

Our house is in a small quiet col de sac. 5 minute walk from Point Reyes downtown with shops, market, and Tomales Bay Foods. You have access to the house, living room space, both front and backyard and washer dryer in the garage. It is our primary home and some of personal items may be accessible in the common areas and we ask that you please be respectful.
