Lake Life

Located on a canal with direct access to beautiful Lake Spivey on the Tsala Apopka chain of lakes. With less than a 5 minute drive from downtown Inverness, you can easily visit our amazing local restaurants and shops. For the boaters, the main boat ramp on Lake Henderson is a 2 minute drive! Enjoy the dock that has room to park up to 2 large boats, and offers great fishing even if you don't own a boat! The Withlacoochee State Trail is only a half mile away, with sidewalk access all the way!

It’s only 17 miles to Three Sisters Springs! Where you can view and swim with manatees. 24 miles from Crystal River, perfect town to take a dip in the 73 degree clear springs all year long! 18 miles to The Villages. Packed full of live music nightly & class renowned restaurants! One hour from Tampa as well as Orlando!

This peninsula lakefront property isn’t just where you stay on vacation, it IS your vacation! Three master suites (7 total bedrooms), on-site fishing, swimming, water sports and gorgeous lake views! Use of the canoe, paddle boats & kayaks included, pool table, dart board, shuffle board, indoor and outdoor games. Fenced-in shady pet area, outdoor BBQ grill and fire pit. Lots of local attractions, shops, antiques and restaurants nearby. A 9-10 person deck boat is also available to rent on-site.

What a view, what a really good view, YES IT IS! Watch the sunrise and sunset over the water on a private dock. We have 2 canoes and 2 kayaks to enjoy the water or bring your boat! This is a place you will want to come back to time and time again. Water views from all angles, you will feel like you're on a houseboat there's so much water! Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River. Simply perfect!

Lake and Trail retreat

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Lake front home one block from the 45 mile long rails to trails. A mile from great local restaurants, parks, shops and downtown Inverness. A short drive to Crystal River home of the famous Florida Manatees, as well as Homosassa wildlife park and other local Florida activities. Orlando is just over an hour away! No boat, no problem we have you covered with kayaks, canoe, paddles and life jackets.

Our tranquil getaway! Whether on vacation or traveling for work, this is the place to stay! With a beautiful pool and gigantic screened in area with comfortable patio furniture and a place to have your meals outside, you can't beat our guest house for enjoying Florida's weather. Inside, we have just added a stunningly comfortable new Queen sized bed with a "Purple" mattress on an adjustable frame. We have hi speed wi-fi and a large screen TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix, and more.

Downtown Inverness is a quaint lakefront destination with great varied restaurants, boutique shopping, and outdoor activities galore. For a real treat, take a kayak to one of the waterfront parks to dock and enjoy strolling around the sights. Or paddle in the other direction to enjoy the wide canals that are home to the herons, hawks, and turtles that enjoy paradise as much as you will!

Cheerful 3 bedroom home close to everything

Cute, comfortable, and convenient home perfect for the whole family to relax in or kick off your adventures. Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad
