Super comfortable queen bed plus pull out sleeper in the leather sofa. Best suited for two guests but will accommodate four.

The Apartment on Fourth features a living room with exposed brick walls, antique oak fireplace, flat screen TV, and comfortable seating. The full sized kitchen has an island with seating for four, and everything you need to prepare all of your meals. A cozy bedroom features exposed brick walls, TV, and a luxurious queen bed for a restful night’s sleep.

The kitchen is compact but loaded with amenities & necessities including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, in counter dishwasher, & toaster. The dining room provides a generous size table for eating, games or working. Low traffic, quiet area

Our Winding Springs Treehouse comfortably sleeps 6, while also being fully ADA accessible. Nestled 13-feet above ground, the Treehouse features a spiral staircase leading to the loft, stunning views of the stream and hills from the master bedroom, and many other great amenities.

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

Enjoy antiquing, golfing, playgrounds &parks, and lakeside dining in Lake Odessa, a long walk or short drive away.

No hunting. Ask about family rates for children under 12.

There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
