The fence is older but secure enough for your pets. Guests please know this is an older house inside. The finishes are older and cheaper. We are 1 min from I-95 & within 15 minutes of restaurants, golf course, & wedding venues. Guests that are very sensitive to smell should not book this place

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and pet friendly (upon approval). Holiday rates are extra please inquire. There is a pet fee.

A kitchen includes what you will need for your stay when you aren't enjoying various neighborhood restaurants.

Sunny private 2 bedroom cottage with large garden, deck,and great Lanesville location near the ocean. Living room with large flat screen smart TV with Roku, fast internet, and lounge with pull out couch and pocket door for privacy. Now with mini-split A/C and new windows in the bedrooms! Dogs under 55 lbs allowed (no more than 2 ) no cats. Yard is not fenced in.
