Distance to the center of Rockport by car is under 10 minutes/ walking is approx. 50 minutes. Distance to the railway station is approx. 5 minutes by car/ walking is approx. 40 minutes.

When you get in to this apt/loft you will be amazed by the comfort and cozy set up. This unit is located downtown Ipswich on the third floor with a beautiful view where you can enjoy sunsets and have a place to hang out. NOT RECOMMENDED for elderly people because of the stairs. there are three sets of stairs, also if you are traveling with young children or toddlers need to be aware of the height and the whereabouts.

This unit is centrally located in downtown Ipswich, MA. It consists of one large bedroom with a queen size bed and a small kitchen eating area and bathroom with shower. Parking for one vehicle. Short walk to several restaurants, shops and MBTA train station. Bus service to Crane's Beach during the summer months (June to Labor Day) by Cape Ann Transportation Authority (fares apply plus beach admission).
