Residential area. No guests, parties,groups,or Late, loud music-use of the amenities is for the guests only. Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots/neutered. Additional fee of $20 night per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 3 guests max.

Our space includes entertainment such as a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and card table, and an outside adults only jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful Lake Norman. Relax on the covered patio in this quiet and tranquil cove or make yourself at home in our fully equipped kitchen. We have two kayaks and a paddle board free to use.

It features a private entrance on a deck from which you can watch amazing sunsets. Built in 1976, Magnolia Manor is part of the larger estate, which is our family home. We will work to keep any noise to a minimum.
