This is a renovated basement apartment with full view and ground access to Lake Norman, private dock, and boat launch. The well-lit, air-conditioned, and open-design apartment includes one bedroom with queen bed, adjacent full bathroom, small but fully-equipped kitchen with sitting area, together with TV, sleeper sofa, and reading chair. Outside you have access to the hot tub, grill, dining and lounge area. Enjoy two paddle boards and kayaks, together with dock, swim ladder and boat launch.

Lake Norman private retreat

Private lakeside entrance, downstairs is yours. Sandy beach, long pier, fire pit, 3 adult kayaks, I smaller kayak, various floats, & 3 paddle boards. Life jacket assortment& beach towels. Residential area. No guests, parties,groups,or Late, loud music-use of the amenities is for the guests only. Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots/neutered. Additional fee of $20 night per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 3 guests max.

Come enjoy this 1900 sq ft spacious and serene space. This in law suite is a private 2 br (2 beds), 1 bath with full kitchen apartment attached to our home. Our space includes entertainment such as a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and card table, and an outside adults only jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful Lake Norman. Relax on the covered patio in this quiet and tranquil cove or make yourself at home in our fully equipped kitchen. We have two kayaks and a paddle board free to use.

Magnolia Manor

Spend some time in a charming apartment in one of the most beautiful estates in Iredell County. Located in the country on a 10, 000 square foot, 30-acre estate outside Statesville, North Carolina, Magnolia Manor provides a peaceful respite for relaxation. It features a private entrance on a deck from which you can watch amazing sunsets. Built in 1976, Magnolia Manor is part of the larger estate, which is our family home. We will work to keep any noise to a minimum.

The Lawson Suite (private, with separate entry)

The Lawson Home is close to Lake Norman, and is perfect summer or Fall getaway. Lake Norman has so much to offer! Boating, and jet ski rentals are near by , or just enjoy exploring the quaint town of Mooresville, which offers shopping, restaurants. lake Norman State Park for hiking and Biking. Daveste Vineyard, Raffaldini Vineyard, Lazy Five Ranch, and so much more! We do allow smaller dogs only. The suite is not suitable for large dogs. Only one dog per visit.

We are unable to accommodate guests’ boats, jet skis or trailers. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS INCLUDED DUE TO PARKING LIMITATIONS. A $100 FEE WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH ADDITIONAL VEHICLE.
