Sunny and spacious home on the water with linens, AC, EV Charger, dock and roof patio. Home has modern appliances, bbq, fire pit, washer and dryer, as well as cookware, and dinnerware. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views. "Elderly friendly" with easy access. Our remodeled 1930s beach home has 2 downstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom. Both bathrooms are shared. (No en suites ). Mobility/access: guests will need to use several steps to reach the entrance. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.
