In the morning, you can watch the fishermen bring in the nightly catch as the seabirds wheel and dive. All day long, you can watch the hypnotic every-changing sea. And the evenings are punctuated by those incredible sunsets for which Holbox is renowned.

Our beautiful beachfront property is located on the island of Holbox, which is situated off the coast of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula. The stunning stretch of white sand, Holbox Beach, is just steps from the resort. Yalahau Lagoon is just a short boat ride away. From May to September, visitors to Holbox can embark on guided tours to swim with the gentle giants of the sea - whale sharks. Isla Pasion and Punta Coco Beach are also nearby. Rio Lagartos Biosphere Reserve and Chichen Itza are MUST see!

"Casa Cacahuate" es un lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de la isla, en una zona muy tranquila pero muy cerca (8 minutos caminando) del centro y de la playa. Casa Cacahuate se llama así por su forma de 8, fué dibujada y diseñada por un gran amigo artista, pensando en la dirección de los vientos. Espero que disfruten del encanto holboxeño sin prisas ni estrés, teniendo paciencia con los mosquitos y la fauna de la isla, con los charcos que se forman cuando llueve en sus calles de arena.
