WiFi 5G to work, fridge , AC, private bathroom,king size bed, tv . warning- in Isla Mujeres many time power comes off shortly (nothing we can do about it ) iguanas and bugs are normal in this area. turtle nesting or baby turtles depending of season in your back patio. really quiet to watch starts and chill . No noise allowed after 10pm.
