Ferry discount now available! The Annex at Great Upton Farm is a beautiful farm home, consisting of wooden beams, tiled floors and a private garden. Set on a picturesque farm and attached to the main house, The Annex is a 3 bedroom property with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and open dining area as well as a large living space with an electric log effect burner. We are located in peaceful countryside with plenty of rural walks, cycle tracks, wildlife and only 10 minutes drive from Ryde Pier and Beach.

Enjoy a fun relaxed break in our beautiful yurt with central heating, log burner, shower room, proper loo and kitchen. Egyptian cotton sheets on a king size bed and a deck to watch the sunset and gaze at the stars through the roof dome at night. Set on our farm in a secluded spot overlooking the fields with own firepit and bbq. Enjoy Forest walks or 10 min drive to the beach, Cowes or Newport. Great mezzanine bedroom area upstairs with two single mattresses for extra guests if needed.

Queensbower Cottage stable is newly converted with 2 ensuite bedrooms, one double and one twin. A double sofa bed is also available for use in the lounge with a downstairs shower room and toilet. A cot bed is also available on request. We are situated in an area of outstanding beauty, alongside a bridle path with no passing traffic. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the downstairs of the stable. Our garden is large, child-friendly and surrounded by fields.
