One of two beautiful holiday lets tucked away at the end of our lovery quiet garden. Situated directly on the cliff path with a short 3min walk down to the stunning sandy beach. Perfect for amazing cycle rides & walks. King size bed & sofabed perfect for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children or 3 adults. There is free parking to the front of the main house and a short walk to the property. A private shed for storing your bikes as well as body boards, bucket & spades & beach chairs are available for guest

The Studio; self contained guest house with garden

Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

Self Catering Annex 2 separate beds (1 bedroom)

⛴️ 0.4 miles from the ferry, Castle Copse Annexe is a lovely compact modern self catering property situated in a quiet housing estate and named after the small copse, a few minutes walk away. Walk through the copse, and it will lead you to the town centre, where you will find shops, cafe's, pharmacies, and supermarkets. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach & crossing to Cowes. The annexe is only suitable for a max of 2 persons and unsuitable for small children due to the stairs, & sofa layout.

Enjoy peace and tranquility in this comfortable spacious Cabin located in the owner's beautiful garden. Kingsize bed with luxury bedding, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Dining table and large comfortable sofa, with 2 sets of doors leading to private deck and spectacular sea views. Private access at the rear of the plot for free parking. The Guest House is a nautical themed studio for 2 adults and children, with a private patio. There is a treehouse for those with young children. The studio has a King size bed,a blow up toddler & single bed if requested, en-suite bathroom, lounge with smart TV(Netflix included), kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, electric hob, convection oven, toaster & kettle. The space is ideal for couples/families looking for a relaxing get-away. We provide tea, coffee, biscuits, toffees & Prosecco.

Retro Garden Home

This unique place has a style all its own. Situated at the bottom of the owners own home and garden it is secluded, private and quiet. The decor and furnishings are styled back to the sixties era but with the addition of modern facilities such as a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine, fitted kitchenette with electric cooker and Ninja Air Fryer. There is also a vinyl record player, TV and full WiFi in the cosy lounge/diner and sleeping area. Quirky and extremely comfortable.

Studio 114- 1 bedroom guest house.

Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We are on a bus route. Private access to the property and free on street parking. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

Modern purpose built self contained cabin, next to the house but with its own private entrance and private pergola area with canvas sides complete with cosy seating & lighting plus hot tub! Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space.

Tucked into the heart of an area of outstanding natural beauty, Fircones is a cosy, purpose built holiday cottage which looks out over beautiful farmland towards Hoy Monument.
