Koket Riverfront Resort - River View Vacation Home

The River View Vacation Home is in the California Delta on the Sacramento River. This 2 Bd / 1Ba house has a full kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room with TV. Kitchen includes a fridge, oven/stove, microwave and Keurig with complimentary coffee. Onsite is our Island Bar & Grill boat launch ramp and beach. Your rental is in the same structure as our office which has a separate entrance and is only open 9-4. On music nights, the band is just outside your windows, front row seats!

Your group will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located home. Beautiful Victorian a half block from the shops and restaurants downtown. There are board games and a leave one take one library. You will find a welcome gift of professionally arranged flowers and a bottle of local wine. Large secured back paved area for your trucks & toys. A BBQ is available and a table on the front porch for your morning coffee. 1 block from the public launch ramp in the heart of the Delta.

Welcome to the Georgiana Slough: a gorgeous, slow-moving and quiet river. The River House is the only house in the area built right on the water. It's almost like being on a houseboat, and you can fish right from the deck! Kayaks are provided. Relax, swim, boat, or fish with otters, beavers, sea lions, owls, herons and more! We are located in the Pacific flyway for migrating birds, so the winter birds are delightful. If you like wine, there are dozens of wineries nearby.

Totally remodeled home by the lakes in Discovery bay, Ca. Please note that there is no access going to fast water/delta, and only electric boat allowed in the lake. We are located about 1.5 hours from SFO airport and 1 hour from Oakland airport. Napa Valley located in North part of the county about 1 hour a way and we are near the winery by Livermore area. 35 minutes away from SF Factory outlet by Livermore. This home is 3 bedrooms with 2 full bath. Pet friendly.

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
