We love our home because it's light, cosy, breezy, relaxing. All newly renovated :) Literally 10 paces from the beach, there is a road so expect some road noise! Parking available outside our gate. Private outdoor space to celebrate together with seating for 10 around marble table, grill, hammock and extra large outdoor sofa.

Located on a side of the Pianone hill, the villa overlooks the sea and the tongues of land of the promontory. Its location, 5 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes drive from the town of Porto Santo Stefano, allows at the same time to enjoy the tranquility of the area without sacrificing any service. The villa is the master section of a large property on several terraces and has a parking lot (2 cars) with private entrance to the house.

View on stunning bay with Roman remains below sea water and sandy beach. 2 minute walk from harbour, yet in a silent corner. Waves gently break on the beach at night. Scuba diving, walks and excellent food. The house can host 6 people, but we prefer 4. In any case if you are more than 4 please tell us : you will pay 10 euros for each extra person and we'll give towel and bed linen for them.
