This private luxury flat has been recently renovated. It has high ceiling(3.6 meters),quite large bathroom, king size bedroom, sauna,jacuzzi, wall projector(fixed!) & fireplace. It is very suitable for short or long term staying visitors, couples & families, and its located at 1st floor of our apartment in a safe street at Beyoglu/Taksim. Its reachable by elevator, or stairs. Our building is next to Istiklal Street & 10 mins away from famous Galata Port by walk. Internet is 100 MBPS solid fiber!

Metro istasyonuna 2 dakikalık, İstiklal caddesine ve tramvaya 3 dakikalık, vapur iskelesine 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde bulunmaktadır. Çevresinde turistik bölgeler, restaurant, Cafe, eğlence mekanları, market, mağaza vb. yerler bulunmaktadır. Turistik yerlere ulaşım konusunda da çok rahattır.. Our historic building, constructed towards the end of the 19th century, is located in a very central area. It is just a 2-minutes walk from Istiklal Street. The street where our building is located is closed to vehicle traffic, and due to our neighbors being hotels, it is both very secure and quiet. Throughout its 150-year history, our building has experienced 9 major earthquakes without sustaining any damage. It is believed that the building was constructed by Armenian and Greek stonemasons.

Walking distance to the city's most important historical and cultural monuments. You can also walk to most of the city's most famous restaurants, taverns and concert venues.
