The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Podere Pereti Nuovi - 现代托斯卡纳别墅

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. Immerso nel silenzio, vicino a Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni e le terme naturali di Bagno San Filippo. Per raggiungerci è molto semplice, l'ultimo km di strada è sterrata ma percorribile da tutti.
