It's four floors has a luxurious bathroom, a modern kitchen with dining space, a cosy living room and a bedroom on the top floor.

V njej so živeli naši stari starši in pra stari starši... med njimi tudi stara mama Carla (nona Carla), po kateri je vila dobila ime. Iz starih časov je ob hiši ostal tudi tipični vodnjak v katerem ni nikoli zmanjkalo vode in dve stari drevesi, ki ju boste takoj opazili; cipresa in murva. Spoznajte čarobno Istro!
