The Garden Spot is a brand new, modern construction in the heart of Little Rock, AR. It is situated in historic Capitol View-Stifft Station, over looking Woodruff Garden and Lamar Porter Field. It's 5 minutes from DT Little Rock, restaurants, bars, the Convention Center, Simmons Arena, less than ten minutes from the airport, and all major hospitals. We are 7 blocks from UAMS and the VA. Located 25 min. East of Little Rock, this Tiny House is a one of a kind stay! The red custom tiny container house was hand designed & built by the owner. It is located less than a mile from I-40 & Arkansas HWY 70. Nice elongated front porch with peaceful overlook of ponds. Entire house to yourself. Not only will your stay be 'in the air' but Breakfast will be included in your stay(if desired). One full couch, tv, indoor fireplace, one bunk bed & everything accommodable for your stay is here!

The Quarters at Rockwater is a 4-unit complex located along the Arkansas River Trail which is a biking & pedestrian trail that links the downtowns of Little Rock and North Little Rock and extends to scenic routes beyond. A mix of downtown vibrancy and small-town community make this a win-win option for guests who can also choose between the rental of only one unit or even all four. Unit A is a first level, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt with an open kitchen, dining, and living space with private patio.

2nd floor apt is isolated from the other 3 in the building & has its own 122 sf deck overlooking our beautiful valley & pond. The spacious bedroom has a king sized bed. The full bath includes a stack washer/dryer. The living room has a pull-out couch & a dining table for 4 ppl. There is also a large coffee table & 2 end tables. Just off of the living room is the full kitchen. Both the living room & the bedroom have large flat-screen tv's. The wifi gives access to all streaming channels.

Nestled within a spacious 0.8-acre lot, it features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, & a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a modern office. The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

Frequently getting to watch families of deer grazing out front.There it's a ring camera approx 100ft down the drive in a tree monitoring 24/7 the driveway and parking area for the security of all.
