Cheerful 3 BR 2BA Home in Great Neighborhood!

This recently renovated craftsman gem is a few short minutes from the airbase and 10 minutes from North Little Rock. Blazing fast, unlimited wifi powers the smart television and any other devices you may bring. Two king size beds and one full bed are so comfortable, we can not be held responsible if you have a hard time getting up in the morning. But once you do, enjoy a French press coffee or a quick Keurig on the back patio. In the evening, enjoy a smore or hot dog around the stone fire ring!

Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

Apt is 1 of 4 in a bldg 100' behind our home on 5 acres in a beautiful valley near the end of a private, tree-lined, dead-end rural road near LRAFB & Pine Valley Golf Course, secluded & quiet yet close to the city. 560sf apt has a 190sf BR with king bed, 50" fs smart TV, ceiling fan, & closet; 80sf full bath/laundry; 280sf LR/full kit w/ service for 6, 65" fs smart TV, ceiling fan, queen sofa bed, love seat rocker/recliner w/ console; all wrapped in foam insulation for max sound barrier.

Farm House On the Hill -Entire House

Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

Blue Heron Tiny House

Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! Peaceful Little Sheep Farm in Austin -Pet Friendly

If you love to be greeted by friendly, nosy sheep then this is the place for you! Welcome to our little farm, we love when guests feel at home in our little farmhouse. Sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee while watching the sheep, goats, and horses graze. Sit on the back porch at night during the summertime and watch the beautiful fireflies! This is a place to relax and unwind from the the hustle and bustle while enjoying a little taste of farm life.

Cozy Guesthouse in Beebe, Arkansas

Entire private 2 bedroom guesthouse located in the heart of town in a great safe neighborhood and close to the ASU Beebe campus, Harding University, Little Rock Air Force Base and convenient shopping at Wal-mart . This private guesthouse comes with a covered parking space with a beautiful fenced-in yard with deck and fire pit . We gladly allow pets (with prior approval) for an additional fee of $25 per pet and $10.00 per night after the first night .

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

Come be our guest in our stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow. Every detail of the home has your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Out of town guests couldn't ask for a more convenient location just off the interstate yet tucked into the gorgeous Park Hill neighborhood. The home is child and pet-friendly (all pets must be house-trained and do have a one time $35 pet fee). Whether you stay for a night or a week, you'll wish it could be longer!

There is a children’s park and the newly launched Pettaway Square 3 blocks away.

The Green House -- Seconds to L. R. Air Force Base

This recently remodeled Green House is on a tree shaded private residential street just seconds from Little Rock Air Force Base. Convenient commute to Little Rock or North Little Rock hospitals, businesses and attractions. Smart TVs provided for streaming - Netflix provided free by host. Self Check In. The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.
