Fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.

Everything else comes with a place near the fireplace, where you can gather. Clean and new house with amenities. Jacksonville Beach in 25 min. We allowed 2 pets. We charge $100 fee for pet.

Industrial Van Wert

Our 1,300 ft.² home was renovated in 2023 with new central heat and air, ceramic tile and hard wood flooring, kitchen appliances and cabinets, bathrooms, and electrical and plumbing. Due to owner allergies, we do not allow pets or companion animals. The home is a block away from 8 restaurants and many local shops. We allow a maximum of 6 overnight guests and 4 visitors on the property at one time.
