We are centrally located in Vermont within a half hour of five great ski resorts and all of the shopping Manchester has to offer. Within the Fritz Conference Center, tucked into the beauty of the Vermont Countryside, is this charming apartment/ mini house. Part of a renovated 19th century barn it is the perfect getaway. It sits on over 33 acres of fields, woods, apple orchard and Mountain View’s. 2 miles from historic Newfane Vermont, you are able to enjoy privacy, while close to the many attractions of the area. We are also dog friendly. There is an extra fee of $50 per trip per dog

Just steps of walk to the amazing Okemo slopes, C Building is the closest property to the A-Quad/B-Quad lift and this building offers convenient parking right downstairs and free wi-fi (dedicated Xfinity modem, no issue video conference). You’ll love this cozy place with hardwood floor and private balcony and sunshine after skiing. Great sun exposure. Fireplace has been updated to electric fireplace starting from 2023-2024 season.

A 2 bedroom apartment attached to our home, close to Stratton, Bromley, Magic, Okemo & Mt Snow Skiing, hiking, fishing, golfing, tennis, outlet shopping and fine dining all close by. Manchester a short drive. Hot tub available from 8am-8pm. Level 2 EV charger available for a $10 cash fee (and give us advance notice if possible so we can open the garage for you).
