Clare to Spalding character escape

Our guest suite is fully self-contained with kitchenette, en suite bathroom, walk-in shower, spa and shared laundry. It is a new-build facility attached to the historic former Uniting Church in Spalding. The accommodation offers a relaxing overnight stay or respite for longer visits. Special features include the en suite spa bath, fully equipped kitchenette and laundry. We provide some food essentials: tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, milk, butter and condiments, however meals are not included.

Tommy Rough will be your new home away from home! Perfect for a couple, but can accommodate up to 4 with the use of sofa beds. Retro styling, updated amenities, and all the comforts from home - just downsized, slowed down, and simplified. Pets welcome, fenced and secure back yard. She’s a little “rough around the edges”, hence the name, but is safe, comfortable and charming. Your perfect couples getaway only 2 hours from Adelaide. Our place is a 1 km walk to the pub, shops, and Jetty.

We have enjoyed re-purposing furniture and materials to create our comfortable, quirky cottage. You will find many retro curios alongside modern home comforts. Walking distance into Gladstone (1.2km) if you fancy a beverage or need to top up your cheese platter. A great base to kick off your Southern Flinders adventure.

Rural Getaway - Harding Homestead Boniah Creek SA

Harding homestead is the perfect place to relax with family and friends at this historical and unique country home. At the gateway to the Flinders Ranges, it is located between Jamestown and Peterborough you can visit the local sights and explore the property with its spring fed creek, wildlife, horses and cattle. Children are very welcome, it's a wonderful place for kids to get a taste of country life. While you will have the place to yourself, you may see us feeding and checking stock

Stallion Box, Bungaree Station, Clare Valley

The Stallion Box is one of several converted accommodation buildings located on Bungaree Station. Once the stallion's stable, this self contained studio cottage is the perfect retreat for a couple with a queen bed, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Breakfast provisions (e.g. eggs, bacon, juice, cereal) are included. Guests can explore the historic station, visit local wineries and other attractions or simply relax in front of the fire. Multiple night stays are discounted by up to 20%.

Flinders Family Getaway

This light and airy cottage is within walking distance to all the town facilities. It's a comfortable place for the whole family. You'll love the walks you can take after dinner and the rumpus room is the perfect place to sit by the Pot Belly Fire and watch a movie. If you're into mountain bikes, Melrose is one of the best attractions in South Australia. If you don't have a bike, you can hire them in town. We hope you love staying at our cottage as much as we do.

Our tiny very minimalistic Self Accommodation cottage at the foothill of Mt Remarkable South Aust fits 2 people 1 st bedroom Queen only. We supply bed linen and towels Bathroom has bath toilet-and shower, there is a toilet outside. Very Basic Accommodation (get away from the clutter of life) We have decided to continue with pet friendly house but you must let us know (we have had dogs snuck in .Next door there are dogs that will bark and try and jump the fence.

Alex's Country House

Alex's house is located in the South Australian town of Laura in the southern Flinders Ranges. Built in the early 1900's, this gracious comfortable house has a relaxed feel with generous rooms, high ceilings and modern amenities. It is filled with books, art, trashy novels, board games and spaces to play them or watch tv and lounge in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

The property is located in the regional town of Jamestown. It is a spacious home with a relaxed feel, high ceilings, modern amenities, and three bedrooms not too far from the main street. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining room with fire, and a spacious lounge area. There are three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two single beds.

Beautiful and quaint, 2 bedroom cottage located 15kms from Melrose along the picturesque Survey Road. 17kms to Wirrabara and 300m from the eastern end of the popular Bridle Track.
