Tucked between Srinagar's Dal Lake and Zabarwan mountain range, surrounded by apple, cherry and pomegranate plantations; 5-min uphill drive from the famous Nishat Garden. We have an in-house cook and a reasonably-priced kitchen menu. Guests are also welcome to have groceries/supplies delivered and use the kitchen - which is equipped with essential utensils and appliances.

A private bedroom in a mid-60s vintage Lodge built with just stone and wood, a work of enterprising Himalayan artistry. Previously occupied by the Forest Department, the cottage has now been restored as a homestay. The list of fruiting plants and vegetables grown here is endless. Around 80% of what you will eat here is locally sourced. The Lodge offers something that is all too quickly disappearing: peace, stillness, nature and an opportunity to disconnect with the outside world.
