The villa boasts a swimming pool, three air-conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms, two toilets, an ocean-facing and back porch, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Das Haus besteht aus drei komplett eigenständigen apartments mit jeweils eigenem komplett privatem eingang. Es gibt keine gemeinsam benützte Räume mit anderen Gästen bis auf den Pool und Garten. Diese Einheit ist I'm oberstem Stockwerk und hat eine bzw. 3 sehr grosse Terassen die alle wunderschönen ausblick auf Spanish water haben.
