1 min from the Pacific Ocean! It is a meticulous renovation house, located close to the "Tunnel Leading to the Sea", a famous photogenic shooting spot. At dawn and sunset, anytime you can visit to the shore. No limit, no wall, only the Horizon and the Sky. Inside this house is fully renovated for comfortable staying. A kitchen, bathroom and a toilet , laundry machine and dryer is installed and free for use. A couple or family of 2-4 is suite on here! Also, 6-minute walk from the Hakone Loop.

It is said that gods live on the island, which is famous as a spiritual spot. It's only a 5-second walk to the private beach from the house, where your group can have a good time. Kookai (空海)means sky and sea, and it is also the name of a famous buddhist monk who created Koya-san. We wanted a big terrasse between the sky and the sea, in a very quiet area, in nature, to enjoy calm and serenity. The house is the last one before the sea, with a tropical garden in front. From the porch, you have a view on the garden and Nosoko mount behind and behind the house there is a jungle, with a path going down to a small secret beach.
