Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Perched high above a gurgling creek, surrounded by woods, we are situated on a secluded tree-lined road that is extremely popular for walkers, runners and bikers. Rock in the motion chair on the deck while sipping coffee; enjoy the peacefulness and spectacular view. The towns of New Hope, Lambertville, Stockton, Lahaska and Doylestown are just a short drive away.

March 15th to 27th open, $150/day + $60 cleaning fee. Minimum age renter 21 / ID Verified; NO PETS. Renter must stay for rental duration. Groups age 21 or above. Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

There is a full size bed with comfortable bedding, efficiency style kitchen, and a stylish full bath with a tiled walk in shower. There is seating on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee and an outside dining set, hammock and fire pit. We are pet friendly for an additional fee.
