Our OCEAN VIEW condo is located in the Pinnacle building with direct access to the beach, ocean-front pool, and the spa. The building also offers an exercise room, sauna, steam room, showers, changing rooms and a brand new kids playroom Located on 17 acres of prime ocean front property, Seapointe Village is a one-of-a-kind on NJ shore. Our ocean view condo is a full size 1 bedroom 2 full bathrooms apartment with a balcony. As our guests you will enjoy all of the amenities of Seapointe Village.

So much to do in all 4 seasons! Seapointe Village is a family friendly beach front NJ resort. Centre Court Residences are centrally located on the grounds. Amenities include indoor & outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, evening fire pits, basketball court, playground, fitness center, steam room, pickleball, and bocce. Indoor heated pool is open year round 10am-10pm. We provide towels, bed quilts & pillows. You must bring your own sheets & pillowcases. Wash & dry towels before leaving.

The use of the third floor (sauna + jacuzzi + additional sitting room + full bath) is $500 for stays 5 days and less, $100/night for stays over 5 days. Hot tub use can be limited depending on weather conditions. Kayaks are available free of charge with advance notice. Broadkill Beach convenience store nearby, shopping center ~ 10 min away. 20 min drive to Lewes, Rehoboth beach & Dewey beach.
