With original bathrooms and kitchen - this is not a brand new home but it has a lot to offer along with garage/ games room, great yard for the kids and dogs to enjoy including a fire pit.

Welcome to the Cater Waterfront property situated on the Sussex Inlet Canals. Access to St Georges Basin and the sea entrance is all from the street access private boat ramp or choose to swim off your private jetty. Enjoy a beverage sitting at the bar table overlooking the water. The house has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, family, dining upstairs. Downstairs has a large third private bedroom, a laundry/toilet/second shower, & rumpus room equipped with a TV/DVD & arcade machine.

Little River is a gorgeous tiny home located in Sussex Inlet only 100 meters to the waterfront with river views and access to a private jetty (shared with Riverbank Cottage). The gorgeous bullnose balcony is the perfect spot to sit and relax either having an evening BBQ, or sitting on the deck star gazing at night overlooking the roaring firepit. Little River is super comfy inside with everything you will need for a relaxing getaway.
