This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Villa Grey is beautifully designed with so many glass doors and windows offering nice sea views, a very bright and pleasant interior with sun in every corner, furnished with style and elegance. The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.

The villa is located on a hilltop overlooking Split, the islands and mountain area. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas. The outdoor area features a big garden with many different spaces to enjoy such as the lounge area, dining area, playground area with a climbing set and trampoline, the pool, barbecue area... The house is spacious and allows privacy for individuals but also many areas to relax together inside or outside.
