The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed (200 x 160 cm) featuring memory foam mattresses, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, two wardrobes, a work corner with a desk, an armchair, and a 40'' LED TV. It has a balcony overlooking Viale dell'Università and the Secretary of Air Force building, a prime example of Italian Rational Architecture. The bathroom offers a shower with endless hot water, a design stone basin supported by a wooden sculpture, and sanitary ware. It is equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers, and towels. La stanza è arredata in stile etnico, con un grande letto matrimoniale (200 x 160 cm) con materassi memory foam, una cassettiera e 2 armadi, 2 comode poltrone, un'ampia scrivania in cuoio e un televisore LED 40''. Annesso alla stanza c'è un bagno privato con lavabo in pietra, doccia e sanitari.

Io e Peach (la mia piccola maltese) ti ospitiamo nella piccola dependance di casa con accesso da giardino. Wifi, Smart Tv, Termostato autonomo, Aria condizionata, Cucina organizzata: Bollitore, Macchinetta Nespresso, Piano ad induzione, frigo privato, microonde, lavatrice. Il bagno ha doppio lavandino e una doccia molto ampia. La camera da letto può ospitare comodamente una coppia. il letto matrimoniale (160x190), appendi abiti, spazio di lavoro. Zona all'aperto per colazione.

You only share the small entrance room with the flat owners and are therefore completely independent from the rest of the flat!

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.
