Bon Ton Roulet Cabin 2

$150/couple per night, 2 night min. $10 per extra person per night cots available. This spacious studio cabin can sleep up to 4 with one King sized bed and a futon sofa bed and a comfy cot if needed. Comes complete with full kitchen facilities (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and even spices), bathroom with bathtub and shower, air conditioning/heat, satellite tv, WiFi,sometimes, and electric fire place. Friendly pets are allowed. Check out our other cabin if you need more accommodation. Att and T-Mobile are about only phones that work here, other phones do work in town.

Llano River Cabin

Unwind at this cabin on the Llano River in Mason. It's being offered for individuals or couples who would like some peace and quiet way off the beaten path of pavement and city lights. Enjoy the sounds of nature, the river views and sounds of the water flowing, the magnitude of stars and the company of your spouse at this cabin built in 2024 up on the cliff from the beautiful and clear waters of the Llano River. Bring a chair and get your feet wet in the beautiful flowing waters of the river.

A cozy barndominium on the River

A remote retreat area for families, anglers, and kayakers. Bring your canoes and kayaks for trips in deep water and rapids along the main Llano River. Fish for large and small mouth bass, catfish, perch, and the feisty state fish of Texas, the Guadalupe' bass. Texas fly fishing at its best! Night time bright non-polluted Texas skies and stars galore. Picnic area and fire pit availability. Wildlife and songbirds are abundant. A fly fishing guide-instructor is available upon reservation & terms.

London Hills Ranch

Get back to nature at the London Hills Ranch (LHR), located in the Texas Hill Country. Enjoy the serenity and slow-paced lifestyle of country living without traffic noise and crowded streets. Relax in the star-filled evening skies, peaceful surroundings, and calming wildlife. LHR is a 300-acre exotic game ranch with abundant wildlife and an impressive population of whitetail deer and exotic game animals. Guests will enjoy their stay in the comfortable and newly renovated rustic-themed Bunkhouse.

Hill Country Cabin

Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

Nestled in the historic Methodist Encampment neighborhood in Kerrville, you’re just 5 minutes from the beautiful Guadalupe River and only 25 minutes from the Fredericksburg wine country. Or, just hide away and enjoy a quite weekend. Wander through the charming neighborhood to the top of Mt. Wesley and catch a breathtaking sunset.

Windmill Cabin

Enjoy the Windmill Cabin, which offers updated style with quiet, countryside living. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is a perfect getaway. Use the Wi-fi to stay connected or unplug and enjoy the serenity and quiet. Watch DVDs or streaming services on the big screen TV or move outdoors and enjoy the ‘really big’ natural spaces with amazing sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware and spices. Laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer and is large enough for storage needs.

110 South 5th Street

Entire 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home with private entrance and small fenced yard. Located just off the courthouse square, a short 5 minute walk to the city park and Llano river. Please do not smoke on the entire property. Infants under 2 years old and children over 12 years allowed. Dogs are allowed. Please let me know that you will have a dog. No cats allowed. Clean up after your dog. Bags provided. NO MORE than 5 guests. I offer a single roll away bed fully appointed.

Spring Hill Country Sunsets

Located 4 miles west of Interstate 10 near Mountain Home, TX, the cottage is decorated in the southwest style and has great view. Sunsets are magical and on full display. Two full baths have walk in showers. Living area is spacious with tv and WIFI Kitchen is fully equipped and offers a Keurig coffee maker. The covered deck is great for morning coffee to watch birds, black buck antelope, White Tail and Axis deer. A dedicated fire pit with outdoor seating. Enjoy sunsets and stars.

Leaf Treehouse at The Meadow

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck.
