Μόλις 15 λεπτά από το κέντρο των Καλάβρυτων και 15 λεπτά από το Χιονοδρομικό κέντρο, με απίστευτη θέα στο βουνό Ο βασικός χώρος έχει 2 υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία και καθιστικό με τζάκι καθώς και 2 μπάνια.
