This year round heated cabin (no water in cabin) has use of a separate building called Basecamp which has 7 bathrooms, free laundry facilities, a double kitchen, fireplace, and plenty of seating. Our new property consists of 12 One Room Cabins, 4 two bedroom cabins, Basecamp and an on-site Property Manager.

Set in the trees, but with a massive yard, you’ll have a comfy place to relax indoors and tons of space outdoors to enjoy your private fire pit, hammock, patio and grill. The front porch looks out to a huge lawn, where there is plenty of space to run, play on our tree swing, eat on a picnic table, or set up some lawn games. Our indoor space features a comfy love seat, 3 beds, and a stocked kitchen space.

Bedroom is upstairs and described as a comfortable loft.The steps are carpeted and abit steep (not suited for any one who might have issues with stairs that are alittle bit steeper then normal ).Bathroom is downstairs,. This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
